改善记忆力磷脂上榜,警惕高脂引发记忆力障碍!
——DHA孤军奋战难起效,留兰香支援得胜利
【文献解读】
现在的年轻人习惯性地借吃消愁,愁少了,钱少了,人倒日益丰满。尤其是吃的都是高糖高脂高热量的食物。随着体重的增加,懊悔、失控感、无助感与焦虑都会一同加入到压力的漩涡中,如此反复。
但是高脂高糖高热量饮食带来的不仅仅是变胖这么简单,2018年6月,中国海洋大学研究团队发现,高脂肪饮食与代谢功能障碍和认知缺陷有关,并且富含二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的磷脂(DHA-PL)对肥胖和认知障碍有有益作用,并将相关结果发表在期刊《Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry》。
试验中以10月龄小鼠为试验对象,先进行高脂肪饲喂8周,再分别饲喂DHA-PC或DHA-PS(由DHA-PC生物合成)8周,之后分别进行行为学测试。研究检测发现,DHA-PC和DHA-PS均能能减轻氧化应激,明显改善代谢紊乱和认知障碍。首次发现DHA-PS能增加小鼠大脑中不溶性淀粉样蛋白的产生。

这些数据表明,DHA-PLS能显著改善认知障碍,其分子机制与磷脂极性基团密切相关。DHA-PLS可显著改善认知功能障碍,有望成为脑健康的功能性食品。
虽然DHA提高认知的效果使人非常满意,但是它极其容易被氧化,保存困难。若其被氧化,那么它的作用也就会发挥寥寥,那么就需要有抗氧化剂来保护它不被氧化。目前研究的抗氧化剂中有一名叫留兰香的天然物质,它不仅具有强抗氧化能力,而且也能提高认知能力,若DHA与留兰香同服,那将会起到相辅相成的作用。

Recent studies have shown that a high-fat diet (HFD) is involved in both metabolic dysfunction and cognitive deficiency, and that DHA-enriched phospholipids (DHA-PLs) have beneficial effects on obesity and cognitive impairment. However, there are only a few studies comparing differences between DHA-PC and DHA-PS in HFD-induced AD models. After 8 weeks feeding with HFD, 10-month-old SAMP8 mice were fed with 1% (w/w) DHA-PC or 1% DHA-PS (biosynthesized from DHA-PC) for 8 weeks; we then tested the behavioral performances in the Barnes maze test and Morris maze test. The changes of the generation and accumulation of Aβ, oxidative stress, apoptosis, neuro-inflammation and neurotrophic factors were also measured.
