今天的小米粥,我加入了蔬菜界的“补钙冠军”鸡毛菜,又叫小白菜、青菜或油菜,钙含量与牛奶大致相当,而且维生素C含量和水果差不多呢。另外我还加入了虾滑,为小米粥增添鲜味,而且这样粥熬出来颜色丰富,宝宝也会更有食欲哦。

1、小米提前浸泡一下

2、青菜洗净、剁碎

3、虾仁剁碎
怕腥的可以提前用柠檬片覆盖一下虾仁去腥

4、浸泡好的小米下锅煮至粘稠
大火煮开,转小火慢煮,约煮15分钟

4、等小米粥煮至粘稠后,加入虾泥和青菜碎,煮至熟透即可
