除了生蚝,各种海产品(比如龙虾、蟹、蚌肉等)和肉类(如牛肉、猪肉、羊肉)都是补锌的理想食物。如果不好买到生蚝的话,换成海蛎子、或者蛤蜊都是可以的。
今天这道补锌大餐可以说是豪华版的鸡蛋羹——生蚝奶酪蒸蛋羹,补锌又补钙。

做法也非常简单,只要你会蒸鸡蛋,就会做这个了,再也不会“一看就会,一做就废”。

3.奶酪切碎、鸡蛋打散后过筛子,使蛋液更细腻;
